Shipping Policy

All artwork is printed to order and carefully prepared before shipment.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped using Standard Shipping only and are estimated to arrive within 7 business days after processing.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each print is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor and screen settings and are not considered defects.

Custom Drawing Policy

Each custom pencil drawing is created by hand and receives the time and attention needed to produce a unique work of art.

Turnaround Time

Please allow up to 60 days for your artwork to be completed before shipping. While many orders may be finished sooner, completion times vary depending on the current order volume and the complexity of your portrait.

Photo Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a clear, high-resolution reference photo. The quality of the finished artwork depends on the quality of the image provided.
